By accessing this website (pizzatier.com) or downloading, installing, or using the PizzaTier plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the software.

2. About the Plugin

PizzaTier is a free, open-source WordPress plugin released under the GNU General Public License v2.0 (GPL-2.0). It is provided at no charge and may be freely used, modified, and redistributed in accordance with the GPL.

There is no paid edition, license key, subscription, or site limit. A separate paid extension named PizzaTierPro was previously offered; as of PizzaTier 2.0 it has been merged into the free plugin and is no longer distributed or sold.

3. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes related to the PizzaTier plugin. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam via the contact form.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from this site in bulk without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The PizzaTier source code is licensed under GPL-2.0 and authored by Ryan Bishop / Island Sun Design. The plugin name, logo, and site design are proprietary. Use of the name "PizzaTier" or associated branding to promote derivative or competing products requires prior written consent.
